Carrie Ginocchi, the Principal/Owner of HRX Consulting, is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience. She is skilled in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and performance management, and works closely with clients to assess their HR landscape, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Carrie's strong communication and interpersonal skills build positive relationships, while her proactive and results-driven approach delivers projects on time and on budget. 

Carrie is an Executive level Human Resources consultant and Principal owner at HRX Consulting, LLC. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in human capital management, she provides guidance on all phases of the employee life cycle, from pre-hire compliance to employment separation.

She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation with HRCI and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). In addition, she has a BS in Business/HR Management from Seton Hill University and a certificate in Employment Law Mediation from Cornell University.
